At Aleena Cosmetics, your safety and trust come first. We are committed to offering products that are authentic, sold as described, and reviewed before they are listed for sale. This page explains how we approach product safety and authenticity, and how you can reach us with any questions.
Our Commitment to Safe, Authentic Products
Aleena Cosmetics Corp is committed to providing safe, authentic, and compliant beauty products to customers across the United States. We take this responsibility seriously and work to source from trusted suppliers, present products honestly, and respond promptly to any concern a customer raises.
Every Current Product Is Reviewed Before Sale
Every product currently listed on AleenaCosmetics.com is reviewed before sale. We are committed to working with trusted suppliers and improving product verification so customers can shop with confidence. Cosmetic products are intended for external use as directed on their packaging, and we encourage customers to read product labels, perform a patch test before regular use, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Strengthening Our Supplier Verification
We are continually improving how we verify the products we carry and the suppliers we work with. Our goal is to make it easier for customers to buy genuine products with confidence and to reduce the risk of counterfeits that are common in the imported beauty market.
Discontinued and Removed Products
When a product is identified as needing to be withdrawn, it is discontinued and removed from sale. We maintain a transparent public notice for any affected products. If you would like to review our official safety communication, please see our Product Safety Notice.
Questions About a Product?
If you ever have a question about a specific product—its authenticity, ingredients, intended use, or safety—please contact our support team. We are glad to help before or after a purchase. You can reach us through our Contact page, and you can learn more about who we are on our About Aleena Cosmetics page.
Shop With Confidence
We want every customer to feel confident shopping with us. By reviewing our current products before sale, working with trusted suppliers, improving verification, and being transparent about safety, we aim to earn and keep your trust. Thank you for choosing Aleena Cosmetics.
